Day 1 meditation with Chopra

Standard

Yes I have indeed started. It was difficult to find the time to do it, however I had made that promise to myself and I did follow the instructions and really enjoyed it!

I will catch up and find the time to write on the day too 🙂

It was difficult not letting my  thoughts go all over the show, but to remember to focus on the now. I loved the quiet and the peacefulness of the moment.

This is a really exciting project and I love the fact that I can do it at home in a window of time which I can create at any time.

Right now I need to take the girls to school, 2 more days and the it will be summer holidays, yupeee. Then it is off to my yoga session after which I will be doing my second session with Chopra. I better get on with some work too.

Have a lovely day

lots of love
